H.R. Harris (Harris Road Company) is a family-constructed business founded by Scott Harris in 1997. Harris Road Company directly derived from "H&M Construction" (Scott Harris & Oliver Moore) established in 1987. With moral and productive support from Scott's spouse (Tammy Harris), H&M Construction provided a decade of successful service to the central Texas roadway and development industry.

As the major stakeholder of H&M Construction, Scott had superior ideas of growth and expansion Set out to create the Harris Road Company in 1997. That same year, Scott & Tammy had their son (Coleman Harris), and he has played a major role in the business ever since.

Following 1997, we became one of the largest contractors in the subdivision and new development industry in (San Antonio) central-south Texas. With over 100 completed subdivisions involving our company, Scott's ongoing history proves success in the paving industry, road construction, and subdivision construction.

Today, Coleman & the business meet higher expectations than ever before, serving not one, but all regions of Texas, including DFW, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin.
